Our guiding philosophy is to provide excellent therapeutic healthcare across the lifespan.
We are a mobile therapy clinic delivering Physical and Occupational therapy in your home and surrounding environments. We provide a personalized therapy experience and individualized treatment approach. Our providers are specialized in Pediatric Rehabilitation, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Pelvic Health, Feeding Therapy, Behavioral Health, Post Surgical Care, and Injury Prevention services. We work with local providers to implement a holistic and multidisciplinary team approach to improve your ability to reach your therapy goals and highest potential.
Leadership & Administrative Team
Dr. Jessica White
PT, DPT, Owner
Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University of Oregon with extensive continuing education in pelvic health, orthopedics and pediatrics since graduating in 2011. Jessica prides herself on giving personalized care to her patients and families. Jessica has been trained to perform internal pelvic floor examinations and treatment. Jessica has spent her last two years primarily in pediatrics and pelvic health for children and adults. Outside of working she spends time with her family hiking, skiing, and gardening. Jessica can not wait to work with you to reach your highest rehab potential.
Philip White
OTR/L, Owner
Philip completed his education at Grand Valley State University in 2017 with a Masters of Science. Since graduation he has been working in outpatient pediatrics and inpatient adult rehabilitation. Phil has extensive knowledge in behavioral health, feeding therapy, sensory integration, injury prevention, and post surgical care. Phil enjoys gardening, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. Phil is excited to assist you in all of your rehabilitation needs.
Kirsten Owen
OTR/L, Operations Director
Kirsten received her masters in occupational therapy at Colorado State University in 2014. Since then, she has worked in multiple settings with an emphasis on pediatric occupational therapy and healthcare systems improvement. She is passionate about meeting families where they are to obtain individualized goals. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys downhill skiing and taking her golden retrievers to the dog park. Kirsten is looking forward to serving you and your family!
Courtney Shaeffer
OTR/L, IBCLC, CBS, Lactation Lead
Courtney completed her education at the University of North Dakota in 2011 with a Masters of Occupational Therapy. Courtney's clinical experience is focused on facilitating successful mother and infant breastfeeding/bottle feeding dyad with specific training in infant and pediatric development, infant oral motor skills, torticollis prevention and treatment, and in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol. Courtney has additional experience in pre and post habilitation for tethered oral tissue (tongue and lip tie) and advanced training and perinatal mental Health Counseling. Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Certified Infant Massage Instructor trained in The Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. Courtney is a mother of four and enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, knitting, and spending time with her family. Courtney is looking forward to facilitating successful breast/bottle feeding infant, transitioning infants to solid foods and helping your little one achieve their developmental milestones.
Jasmine Titcomb
OTR/L, Grant Specialist
Jasmine received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2018. Since graduation Jasmine has found a passion working in outpatient pediatrics, various mental health settings as well as the utilization of horses as a therapeutic tool. She recognizes the importance of providing a space for others to be themselves, growing from our strengths and learning from our limitations. Jasmine enjoys the utilization of unique strategies to meet individualized goals. Outside of work you will most likely find Jasmine climbing a mountain, playing her ukulele, doing yoga or spending time with her family (which includes her fiancé Dean and their two dogs). She is looking forward to helping you and your family achieves their goals!
Dr. Abigail Mancill
OTD, OTR/L, Co-OT Lead - Mentoring and Professional Development
Abigail received her doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2014. Since graduating, she has worked in multiple populations including pediatrics, short term rehab, long term care, skilled nursing, acute/inpatient care, and home health. Abigail grew up as a missionary kid in Glennallen, Alaska. She met her husband in Fairbanks in 2013 while working in the local hospital. After their wedding they lived in North Pole and had two girls (now 6 and 4). They moved to Chugiak/Eagle River in 2019 and had their son in 2022. Abigail is passionate about providing holistic care and creating individualized, family-centered goals. Abigail has also completed significant research and training in aquatic therapy and has a background in providing home safety evaluations. Outside of work, Abigail loves spending time with her husband and kids, taking her dog for walks or hikes, sewing, journaling, and sharing a bowl of popcorn for a family movie night.
Alexa Hanley
OTR/L, Co-OT Lead - Caseload Management and Scheduling
Alexa was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. She graduated from University of Alberta in Canada in 2017 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, Alexa used her OT skills and fluency in Spanish to volunteer in Nicaragua at a school for children with disabilities. She has worked in the hospital setting, skilled nursing facility and school setting. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and being outdoors. She is looking forward to getting to know your families and helping her patients reach their highest potential!
Maddy
Billing Specialist
Maddy is a life-long Alaskan who is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She loves working with kids and is looking forward to becoming a teacher after finishing her degree. In her free time outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time outside hiking, camping, riding horses, and exploring, and can also be found inside reading or practicing yoga. Maddy is part of our billing department and can be contacted for any questions you have regarding your bill or your insurance policy.

Physical Therapists
Alex Best
PT, DPT, COMT, PT Lead
Alex graduated from Angelo State University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Alex and his wife Loryn moved to Alaska in 2012 looking for a change of scenery from West Texas and they have fallen in love with Alaska and all it has to offer. Alex completed his Orthopedic Manual Therapy certification through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and has enjoyed working with a broad range of ages and diagnoses during his years working in outpatient and home health settings. Alex and Loryn’s two beautiful daughters were born in Alaska and their family enjoys hiking, skiing, skating, and exploring.
Dr. Natalie Snyder
PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, CSCS
Natalie was born and raised in Maryland, where she developed her passions for springboard and platform diving. She competed in Juniors Olympics and Nationals from age of 7 through college, and coaches young divers to achieve their dreams. With a significant shoulder injury and intensive surgery that deterred her from diving her first two years of college at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), she was not only determined to recover and make a records-breaking comeback, she also was inspired to become a physical therapist as she recognizes the power of believing in her patients and inspiring them to chase their goals. After graduating from Doctor of Physical Therapy, she continued on to post doctorate program to earn her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) at University of Rochester Medical Center. Natalie loves the outdoors and moved to Aspen, Colorado for a seasonal job at a hospital, which inspired her to move to Anchorage, Alaska. Natalie has experience working in sports clinics treating runners and athletes, post-operative orthopedic procedures, acute care hospital, neurological inpatient rehabilitation, neurological outpatient, home health, pelvic health, and pediatrics of all ages from infants to young adults. When she does not have her Physical Therapist hat on, you will find her coaching the Arctic Dive Club, running in the mountains, rock climbing, skiing, and reading her book.
Dr. Laura Eastmond
PT, DPT - Pelvic Floor Lead
Laura graduated from Pacific University with a doctorate in physical therapy. Laura began her training in pelvic health physical therapy while in DPT school due to her own curiosity after having her first child. Laura has since expanded her studies of pelvic floor PT to incorporate all genders and all ages. Laura has received pelvic floor PT training in pediatrics, neurological and geriatrics, in addition to post-partum and obstetrics. Additionally, Laura is passionate about treating nerve-related pelvic and abdominal pains/disorders. Laura is a travel PT who has worked in a number of settings, bringing pelvic floor PT to all in need. Prior to becoming a PT, Laura comes from a 10 year background in massage therapy and brings a hands-on approach to the care she delivers. Outside of being a physical therapist, Laura enjoys adventuring in the wonders of Alaska with her family.
Amber Rogers
PT, DPT
Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University in 2006 and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in 2010. Since 2016, she has worked exclusively in pediatrics, with a special focus on infants, though she enjoys treating children of all ages.
Amber’s therapeutic techniques including Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), Infant Craniosacral Therapy, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Total Motion Release (TMR), Trigger Point Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She has also completed specialized courses in torticollis and is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. Her clinical expertise covers pelvic health, torticollis, general developmental delays, neurological disorders, and orthopedic conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Amber enjoys Disney adventures (especially trips to Disney World), hiking, camping, kayaking, baking, crafting, and spending quality time with her daughter in the great outdoors
Rachel Wagner
PTA
Rachel was born and raised in Brookville, IN. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis in August of 2015 with her Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. After graduating, Rachel moved to Wasilla, AK to be with her husband, Robert, who serves at JBER in the Air Force. Rachel loves utilizing her PTA skills to specialize in her love for pediatrics with over 9 years of experience and helping children stay active and involved in our community. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, her two children Charlotte and Graham (ages 5 and 2), traveling, and being outdoors to hike and sightsee across various AK locations. She is looking forward to getting to know your families and helping her patients reach their personal goals and achieve their highest potential!

Occupational Therapists
Dr. Katie Abou Eid
OTD, OTR/L, GCS
Katie is born and raised in Alaska, she earned her bachelor’s degree in public health at New Mexico State University. Upon graduation she worked to promote and advocate for diabetes education and awareness, where she realized her passion for direct patient care. She went on to become a certified nursing assistant and received her doctorate degree of occupational therapy from Creighton University. Katie has experience working in a wide variety of settings from inpatient rehab, acute care, skilled nursing, long term care, mental health, and outpatient with all ages ranging from pediatrics to older adults. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and participate in daily activities to their best abilities. She strives to provide the best education, strategies, and techniques, to improve function and quality of life for each unique individual and family.
Mariah Spear
OTR/L, Therapy Assistant Lead
Mariah earned a Masters in occupational therapy from Utica University in 2015. Her undergraduate degrees are in early childhood education and health studies. In 2014, Mariah traveled to the Dominican Republic with a group of graduate students to treat children and adults in a variety of settings including rehabilitation centers, schools, and orphanages. This trip ignited her passion for occupational therapy and the impact it has across multiple settings. Mariah later returned to the Dominican Republic as an adjunct professor for a semester in 2018. Mariah has experience in mental health, pediatrics, acute care focusing on trauma, orthopedics, and neurology, and also has managerial experience as the director of occupational therapy for a pediatric clinic in New York. She moved to Alaska in 2019 where she has focused on pediatrics, specifically enjoying sensory integration. Mariah seeks to develop meaningful connections with her clients and their families and is passionate about client and caregiver education in order to maximize success. Outside of work, Mariah enjoys her macrame business and spending time with her husband, son, and dogs exploring the great state of Alaska.
Dr. Lixue "Lucy" Mason
OTD, OTR/L
Lixue Mason earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University, followed by completing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Creighton University. Lucy primarily works in inpatient acute care; however, also enjoys working in pediatrics! Lucy aspires to work with burn survivors in the future. In her free time, Lucy enjoys traveling, working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Tristan Klinger
OTR/L, Community Liaison
Tristan was born in Washington, where he acquired his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology at Washington State University. During his undergrad, he recognized his interest in therapy services and pursued his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Cox College in Missouri. Tristan has experience working with neonatal, pediatric, and older adult populations in acute care and outpatient settings. He bases his treatment philosophies on a collaborative approach between the client and their families to ensure the most successful outcomes. Tristan and his fiancé were accompanied to Alaska with their two dogs in 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the mountains with his fiancé and dogs, listening to music, and drinking strong coffee.
Chelsea Vadnais
OTR/L, CLT, CBS
Chelsea graduated from the University of Utah in 2015 with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Post graduation she pursued her certification in lymphedema and provided care to critically ill patients in the hospital setting/inpatient rehab. Chelsea transitioned from working with adults to infants after her daughter was born and required a stay in the NICU. She is passionate about providing one on one care to families and educating parents on infant development (specifically infant feeding/lactation). Chelsea is a certified breastfeeding specialist, pursuing her IBCLC. She is a military spouse and mother of two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Chelsea is looking forward to helping you and your little one achieve their goals.
Tyler Williams
OTR/L
Tyler grew up in Mobile, Alabama, where he spent nine summers volunteering as a counselor at Camp S.M.I.L.E. This experience led him to pursue an undergraduate degree in exercise science from Freed-Hardeman University and then receive his master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Tyler has worked as a pediatric occupational therapist since he and his wife moved to Alaska in 2020. Tyler specializes in working with children to develop social-emotional learning, behavioral regulation, and sensory integration. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, hiking, camping, kayaking, and spending time with his church friends and his wife and children.
Beth Potter
OT
Beth was born and raised in Palmer, Alaska before living in Hawaii, and Kansas, where she earned her degree. She is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over a decade of experience in a wide variety of settings. Her work in pediatrics has included Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and Trauma Informed Care. At a specialized Traumatic Brain Injury clinic, she treated military service members suffering from vestibular dysfunction, cognitive impairment, and other deficiencies. Her diverse expertise has allowed her to develop a unique understanding of the complexities of human function and the importance of adapting therapy to meet the individual needs of each client. As a Certified Functional Vision Rehabilitation Specialist, Beth combines her vision expertise with functional activities for proven outcomes. Outside of work, you can usually find her with her family! Kayaking, listening to live music, dancing, and playing video games are just some of her passions
Alli Donaldson

Alli specializes in working with women and children across Anchorage and surrounding areas, helping them reconnect with their bodies, restore function, and reclaim confidence in everyday life. "I believe the pelvic floor isn’t just a group of muscles—it’s a foundation for how we move, feel, parent, and show up in the world. With a background in occupational therapy and specialized training in sex and intimacy OT, I combine clinical expertise with deep compassion, a bit of humor, and a whole lot of real talk to make you feel safe, seen, and supported. In addition to working hands-on with clients, I also serve as our Social Media and Marketing Specialist—spreading education, empowerment, and a little sparkle across your feeds. When I’m not with clients or working on the computer, you’ll find me exploring the Alaskan wilderness, cooking something delicious, or cozying up with my husband and two fur babies
Camille Curry
OT
Camille grew up on Puget Sound and took a second- degree in occupational therapy at the University of Puget sound, after teaching high school biology. She later got her masters in early childhood special education from the University of Oregon. She became a registered occupational therapist in 1970 and has worked in all four western states as well as Ohio. She has worked in a number of settings, including general medicine and surgery, coronary care, psychiatry, and pediatrics in schools and early intervention programs. The last 30 years, she has focused on pediatrics in schools and early intervention programs in Washington and Oregon.
She previously lived in Juneau, Alaska for four years during the 1990s. Her move to Anchorage is inspired by her son and family who moved here two years ago. She enjoys hand spinning yarn, knitting, weaving, gardening, and boating with her kayak, as well as, fishing on bigger boats.
Hattie Welch
OTR/L, CBS
Hattie Welch is a licensed occupational therapist and certified breastfeeding specialist who supports infants and families during the tender early stages of life. She received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England and has pursued advanced training in oral motor development, sensory integration, and craniosacral fascial therapy through the Gillespie Approach. Hattie’s work blends clinical knowledge with an intuitive, relationship-centered approach—honoring each child’s unique rhythms and each parent’s inner wisdom. She specializes in infant feeding, sensory modulation, and early developmental milestones, always aiming to create a calm, connected foundation for growth. When she’s not working with little ones, you’ll find her with her children the garden, on a bike ride, at the disc golf course, or crafting away.
Mindy Newby
OTR, ATC
Mindy took the long route to becoming an occupational therapist. After competing in collegiate cross-country and track, she earned a certification in Athletic Training where she evaluated and treated athletic injuries at high schools, colleges, and even an aerospace factory. With more to learn, she completed a masters of Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University and hit the road for a state with mountains. She loves combining her ortho and neuro backgrounds to create holistic treatments for her patients. You may see her outside enjoying a good hike, camping under the summer sun, or skiing down some slopes.
Alyssa Peters
OTR/L
Alyssa is originally from Michigan and earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University. After graduation, she began her career as a travel therapist, living in eight different states over seven years and gaining experience in a wide range of settings, from outpatient to inpatient care, working with clients of all ages and diagnoses. Alyssa first came to Alaska in 2022 for a travel assignment and quickly fell in love with the state—returning several times before ultimately relocating to pursue a full-time pediatric position with Therapeutic Health and Home. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, biking, hiking, foraging, and snowboarding.
Carrie Porter
OTD, OTR/L, CLT, COMT-UL
Carrie graduated with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2021. Post graduation she pursued advanced certification in cancer rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, and lymphedema and provided care to patients in the outpatient setting. Carrie developed an interest in pelvic floor therapy after the birth of her son and has a passion for helping mothers during their pregnancy, labor, and post-partum period to maximize their quality of life and their ability to do the things they both want and need to do! Carrie came to Alaska in 2021 for her clinical rotation and shortly after met her now husband-- and she has been here ever since! She enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Carrie is excited to be able to help you thrive in parenthood and maximize your quality of life and your function.
