With expertise in pediatric services, adult and pediatric pelvic health, infant feeding, and sports medicine, we provide care for a wide range of injuries and conditions.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy
We come into your home, private schools, and community to work with you and your child to provide an individualized treatment approach. Our occupational therapy team helps your child gain independence while strengthening their fine motor coordination, sensory motor, and visual motor skills. They also have additional education in Pediatric Mental Health.

Pediatric Physical Therapy
Our Physical therapy team addresses your child’s functional strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination to improve your child's Independence with gross motor skills and development.

Infant Feeding Therapy
Courtney Shaeffer, OTR/L, IBCLC, CBS, CIMI and Chelsea Vadnais, OTR/L, CLT, CBS lead our infant feeding program in which they collaborate with local providers to support new mothers and infants to provide education and treat breastfeeding, oral motor function, and sensory concerns. When lactation services are provided during the first few weeks after birth, it can make a positive difference for your child throughout their lifespan. Courtney and Chelsea provide services from Willow to Midtown Anchorage.
What to Expect During Your One Hour Evaluation

Infant oral motor examination including screening for tethered oral tissues, latching, and positioning of infant during feeding

Education on manual therapy skills to improve posture, reduce pain and improve body mechanics to support infant feeding

Adult Female Pelvic Health Therapy
Dr. Jessica White, PT, DPT and Dr. Danielle Schmaltz PT, DPT lead our adult pelvic health program with extensive education in pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence or retention, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, and sexual dysfunction. They work closely with local physicians to provide education on pelvic health and when to make appropriate referrals for services.

Pediatric Pelvic Health Therapy
Dr. Jessica White, PT, DPT leads our pediatric pelvic health program with education in addressing and managing chronic constipation, fecal and urinary incontinence, frequent UTI’s, and nocturnal enuresis. Jessica is versed in the Modified O'Regan Protocol (MOP) to address urinary incontinence and constipation and is trained in biofeedback to improve pelvic floor muscle coordination and endurance in the pediatric population. Jessica uses best practices to ensure that evaluations and treatments are only performed with clear, informed consent and is adept at discussing sensitive topics with children in a way that is both respectful and comforting.

External pelvic floor evaluation and treatment with visualization of the anus and surrounding structures to assess for pelvic floor muscle control and coordination as appropriate

Toileting positioning and breath mechanics during voiding

Detailed bowel and bladder diary with education on typical developmental norms for your child’s age in regards to defecation and voiding frequency

Musculoskeletal screen of the ribcage, low back, pelvis, and hips

Developmental Gross motor Milestone Screen for Age

Education on at home biofeedback training and in clinic biofeedback training

Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy in Schools and Daycares
Our pediatric occupational and physical therapists provide services in private schools and daycares, offering the same comprehensive support and coverage as described in our pediatric OT and PT sections above. Evaluations can be scheduled at the school, at home, or through a combination of a phone interview and assessment at the school or daycare to best meet your family’s needs. Our therapists work closely with parents and school staff to ensure effective communication and seamless carryover of skills between home and school. Our team is committed to supporting your child’s unique needs in their learning environment.
