Our Services

We provide Occupational and Physical Therapy throughout the lifespan to improve your ability to continue to perform the activities and hobbies that you love as you age. Whether you are born with a deficit or delay, are recovering from an injury or surgery, need a functional assessment, or you are wanting to prevent an injury we are here for you.

Pediatric Therapy

We come into your home to work with you and your child to provide an individualized treatment approach. We offer occupational and physical therapy services. 

 

Our Occupational Therapist help your child gain Independence while strengthening their fine motor coordination, sensory motor, and visual motor skills. 

 

Our Physical Therapist assess functional strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination to improve your child's Independence with gross motor skills.

We provide home safety evaluations to improve the ability for you and your loved ones to stay in your home safely as you age. We also assist with home modifications and recommendations to improve your ability to continue to enjoy your favorite activities while protecting your body and improving your ability to sustain the activities that you love.

Adult Pelvic Health Therapy

Dr. Jessica White leads our Pelvic Health Therapy with education in pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and pain with intercourse. She is working with local physicians to provide education, as well as, pelvic floor training prior to childbirth to reduce the need for therapy services postpartum. She provides screenings for postpartum women who would like to return to exercise but are unsure if their body is ready to do so without risk of injury.

Therapy for Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD/TMJ)

We provide a thorough examination of your jaw, cervical and thoracic spine , and musculoskeletal system to address your therapeutic needs. Joint mobilization, intra and extra soft tissue mobilization, and lifestyle education are common treatment modalities we use to treat your TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Jessica White, PT, DPT recently completed a continuing education course from the Institute of Clinical Excellence on TMD Management with high success rate from her chronic TMD clients. Infant Feeding Therapy

Courtney Shaeffer, OTR/L, CBS is our infant feeding specialist who collaborates with local practitioners to provide you with support and education regarding breastfeeding, oral motor, and sensory concerns. Courtney facilitates you and your child during the first few weeks of life to empower you and your baby during the first few months of life.

If your insurance is not listed above, please contact us to see how we can get services covered for you. We accept self/cash payment as well.
