Wendy

Office Manager

Wendy’s goal is to create a supportive and welcoming experience for both clients and their families. She understands how important trust and comfort are when receiving care at home and works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. The home health team offers a wide range of specialties and is dedicated to providing compassionate care that supports healing, independence, and quality of life. Families can feel confident knowing they are supported every step of the way.

Maddy

Billing Specialist

Maddy is a life-long Alaskan who is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She loves working with kids and is looking forward to becoming a teacher after finishing her degree. In her free time outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time outside hiking, camping, riding horses, and exploring, and can also be found inside reading or practicing yoga. Maddy is part of our billing department and can be contacted for any questions you have regarding your bill or your insurance policy.

Kirsten Owen

OTR/L

Operations Director

Kirsten received her masters in occupational therapy at Colorado State University in 2014. Since then, she has worked in multiple settings with an emphasis on pediatric occupational therapy and healthcare systems improvement. She is passionate about meeting families where they are to obtain individualized goals. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys downhill skiing and taking her golden retrievers to the dog park. Kirsten is looking forward to serving you and your family.

Alana Adams

Adminitrative Assistant

Alana provides compassionate, detail-focused support at Therapeutic Home and Health, ensuring families feel welcome from the first interaction. With a strong background in office administration and a solid understanding of pediatric care settings, she keeps daily operations running smoothly so therapists can stay focused on the children they serve.

A lifelong Alaskan, Alana brings a calm, organized presence to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys photography and exploring tiny house architecture, interests that reflect her love of simplicity and thoughtful design.
