Alexandra "Alli" Donaldson
OTR/L, CSOT, PCES
Southeast Regional Director
Alli specializes in adult and pediatric pelvic health in Juneau and throughout Southeast Alaska, helping clients improve function, better understand their bodies, and feel more confident participating in everyday life.
“I believe pelvic health is about so much more than a group of muscles. It can affect how we move, use the bathroom, exercise, sleep, care for ourselves and our families, and participate in the things that matter most to us. As an occupational therapist, I love looking at the whole person and finding practical ways to make everyday life easier.”
Alli works with adults across pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder concerns, sexual health, and other pelvic floor conditions. She also specializes in pediatric pelvic health, supporting children and families navigating constipation, stool and urine leakage, bedwetting, toileting difficulties, and other bowel and bladder concerns.
Her approach combines specialized pelvic health training with practical, individualized care, compassion, and humor to help clients and families feel comfortable discussing topics that can sometimes be difficult to talk about.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Alli exploring Alaska, cooking something delicious, or relaxing at home with her husband and two cats.

Join The Team!
Always Growing. Always Hiring.
At Therapeutic Health and Home, we do not believe therapy belongs behind a desk or inside four clinical walls. We believe it happens where life happens: at home, on the trails, at the rock gym, or on the water.

We are a therapist owned and operated practice dedicated to work-life balance, professional creativity, and clinical excellence. Because we are growing, we are always looking for passionate OTs, PTs, and Pelvic Health Specialists to join our team across Alaska.
