Dr. Alex Best
PT, DPT, COMT

Alex graduated from Angelo State University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Alex and his wife Loryn moved to Alaska in 2012 looking for a change of scenery from West Texas and they have fallen in love with Alaska and all it has to offer. Alex completed his Orthopedic Manual Therapy certification through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and has enjoyed working with a broad range of ages and diagnoses during his years working in outpatient and home health settings. Alex and Loryn’s two beautiful daughters were born in Alaska and their family enjoys hiking, skiing, skating, and exploring.

Dr. Natalie Snyder
PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, CSCS
Natalie was born and raised in Maryland where she competed in Junior Olympics Springboard and Platform Diving and later became an NCAA All-American athlete at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and completed a postdoctoral residency and Orthopedic Certified Specialist at the University of Rochester Medical Center. After she graduated, the mountains and adventures were calling to her. Since moving to Alaska in 2021, Natalie has gained a wide variety of clinical expertise with all ages and physical therapy needs from high performance athletes to post-operative orthopedics inpatient and outpatient rehab, and children through adults in home health and community settings. She is also fluent in American Sign Language! When she does not have her Physical Therapist hat on, she enjoys coaching springboard divers, teaching strength and conditioning classes, running in the mountains, skiing, rock climbing, and reading.

Rachel Wagner
PTA
Rachel was born and raised in Brookville, IN. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis in August of 2015 with her Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. After graduating, Rachel moved to Wasilla, AK to be with her husband, Robert, who serves at JBER in the Air Force. Rachel loves utilizing her PTA skills to specialize in her love for pediatrics with over 9 years of experience and helping children stay active and involved in our community. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, her two children Charlotte and Graham (ages 5 and 2), traveling, and being outdoors to hike and sightsee across various AK locations. She is looking forward to getting to know your families and helping her patients reach their personal goals and achieve their highest potential!

Dr. Amber Rogers
PT, DPT

Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University in 2006 and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in 2010. Since 2016, she has worked exclusively in pediatrics, with a special focus on infants, though she enjoys treating children of all ages.
Amber’s therapeutic techniques including Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), Infant Craniosacral Therapy, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Total Motion Release (TMR), Trigger Point Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She has also completed specialized courses in torticollis and is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. Her clinical expertise covers pelvic health, torticollis, general developmental delays, neurological disorders, and orthopedic conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Amber enjoys Disney adventures (especially trips to Disney World), hiking, camping, kayaking, baking, crafting, and spending quality time with her daughter in the great outdoors.

Sarah Opdycke
PT, DPT, COMT, PRPC, PCES
Sarah grew up in the Midwest, raised in Michigan, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2017. During her final clinical rotation in pelvic health, she discovered a passion for helping patients address pelvic health concerns—a focus that has guided her work ever since.
She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and genders, providing care for both pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. Sarah has advanced her orthopedic expertise through certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy with the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. She has also completed extensive training in pelvic health and earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2025.
In 2019, Sarah and her soon-to-be husband moved to Alaska for better access to the mountains, and they have plans to live here forever. Outside the clinic, she embraces the outdoors whenever possible, enjoying mountain running, hiking with her dog Blue, skiing and biking.

Berrie Colyar
PT
Berrie has been a Physical therapist for more than half her life, graduating from USC in 1983. She was born and raised in Alaska, lived Outside for nearly 25yrs, and was able to come home to Alaska in 2019. From the beginning of her professional career, she specialized in manual therapy and orthopedics. She has worked in private practice, had her own business as a mobile therapist, worked in home health for 24yrs. She returned to Alaska working in outpatient private practice - primarily adults, then switching to a pediatric clinic in 2020. She now works primarily with children (and a few adults) - and loves to work with babies. Berrie has 3 young adult daughters. One at home full time, a recent college grad - working to get into medical school and another who is entering her junior year of University. Berrie loves Alaska and is grateful every day for the beauty of our State. She enjoys outdoor photography, hiking, walking on the beach - especially Homer.
